Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and coordinate projects across 3 or more product service lines (PSLs) according to company policies and requirements
  • •Lead operational meetings to review performance indicators and implement management systems to improve efficiency and performance
  • •Participate in operational problem solving during execution (SQ/Risk), including leading or supervising investigations on SQ events
  • •Lead internal pre- and post-project execution exercises and conduct regularly scheduled safety and performance review meetings
  • •Maintain project records (including Daily Operations Reports in OpenWells) and ensure teams use the latest procedures while coordinating cross-PSL customer issues prior to invoicing

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a suitable STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field
  • •3+ years of related experience
  • •Minimum 2 years of full-time oil and gas experience
  • •Experience coordinating projects across single or multiple rig operations and service lines
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders while supporting HSE requirements
