Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers to plan and manage service parts for a region/business unit.
  • •Define and drive vision, strategy, and processes for strategic initiatives to expand into new markets, business lines, and opportunities.
  • •Collaborate with executive leadership to refine service supply chain strategic goals and lead development and implementation of aligned plans.
  • •Monitor and evaluate progress toward strategic goals and communicate updates to senior leadership and executives.
  • •Work cross-functionally to deliver spare parts at required service levels while meeting inventory and cost targets, and manage supply chain models and service demand analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • •Supply chain planning experience is highly desired; service supply chain experience is a strong plus.
  • •Experience defining and driving vision, strategy, and processes for key strategic initiatives.
  • •Proven ability to manage teams, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
