Job Summary

Lead end-to-end systems engineering across tendering and execution projects, from developing technical proposals and coordinating design/tollgate reviews to building key deliverables such as BoD, PFDs, and P&IDs. Manage system requirements flow-down, validate and verify system integration and testing, and support interface management with internal teams and external stakeholders. Partner with leadership to assess risks, drive technical opportunities, and act as deputy to the System Engineering Manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and submit system engineering technical proposals for client tenders, including leading system design activities and tollgate reviews.
•Prepare and consolidate Cost-Time-Resource (CTR) estimates for system engineering scope and manage client technical clarifications and exceptions during bidding.
•Support the System Engineering Manager by developing system engineering deliverables such as Basis of Design (BoD), PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering philosophies.
•Ensure integration of multiple components/subsystems and support system requirements management, including specification development and flow-down.
•Support validation/verification activities, interface management across teams and stakeholders, and travel as required to supervise system testing activities.

Key Requirements

•Have a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited university/college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of engineering/technology experience, plus a minimum of 3 additional years of Customer Project Engineering.
•Have at least 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with exposure to subsea production systems.
•Demonstrate ability to motivate teams and drive results in a collaborative environment.
•Have a strong commitment to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
•Have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to define quality standards and prioritize effectively.
