Senior Care Assistant

Deliver person-centred care in a care home unit by running day-to-day operations and supporting clinical duties alongside the nurse, including medication administration, care plan updates, and accurate record keeping. Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, own shift handovers, and help train and supervise new staff. Build relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare teams while assisting with daily personal care and working nights with alternate weekends.
