Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to GTM leaders, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close
  • •Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets
  • •Ensure scalable, structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes and thoughtful candidate experiences
  • •Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
  • •Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions
  • •Fluency in French and English
  • •Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels
  • •Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through the recruiting process while keeping talent density as a priority
  • •Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide inclusive hiring teams
