Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management across the hospital, driving strategic and operational performance for revenue capture, reimbursement, cash flow, and financial sustainability. Oversee patient access, insurance verification and authorizations, coding, billing, claims, denial management, accounts receivable, and payer relations. Set KPIs and benchmarks, report monthly performance to executive leadership, ensure compliance with NHRA and Ministry of Health requirements, and implement process improvements and digital transformation using HIS and EMR systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the hospital’s Revenue Cycle Management strategy aligned with financial objectives and revenue optimization goals.
•Oversee the complete revenue cycle from patient registration and insurance verification through authorization, coding, billing, claims submission, payment posting, collections, and accounts receivable.
•Lead billing, claims, and denial management, including timely claim submission, denial/appeals processes, and monitoring payer performance and reimbursement trends.
•Manage accounts receivable and cash flow by improving collections, monitoring AR aging and bad debt exposure, and approving write-offs and settlements per policy.
•Ensure compliance with NHRA/Ministry of Health and payer requirements, lead audits, and drive process improvement and digital transformation using HIS/EMR systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.
•Master’s degree (MBA/MHA) in a related field is strongly preferred for senior leadership positions.
•Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Finance, Patient Financial Services, Medical Billing, Insurance Operations, or Healthcare Reimbursement in a hospital or large healthcare organization.
•Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary Revenue Cycle functions.
