Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business goals into multi-sprint engineering plans, capacity forecasts, and measurable outcomes for assigned squads.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery for features and releases across backend, frontend, and integrations, ensuring performance, resiliency, and maintainability.
  • •Drive SDLC rigor with estimation, quality gates, code reviews, automated testing, and release governance.
  • •Use observability (logs, metrics, traces) to prevent incidents and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Lead engineering people management—set goals, coach teams, conduct reviews, support hiring/onboarding/retention, and build a culture of excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •PMP or Agile program management certification required; TOGAF preferred.
  • •9–12 years of progressive engineering experience with 2–4 years leading teams/squads or projects in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven end-to-end delivery across backend, frontend, and integration streams with production ownership and QA process.
  • •Strong SDLC and engineering fundamentals: service/microservices patterns, APIs, CI/CD, observability, and security/compliance practices (e.g., OWASP).
