Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding as part of the employee lifecycle and systems.
  • •Serve as system owner for the company’s HRIS, ATS, and PEO platforms.
  • •Own multi-state US employment compliance and maintain the employee handbook and underlying policies.
  • •Lead employee relations as the first point of contact and train/coaching managers through performance cycles.
  • •Manage and develop talent acquisition, including hiring outcomes, structured interviews/scorecards, and offer/leveling decisions in partnership with Finance.
