Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight on construction projects, acting as client representative to deliver successful outcomes.
•Assist the client PM as required, overseeing overall construction effort and coordinating with project stakeholders.
•Advise at the strategic level during project conception, recommending approaches to achieve client objectives and assisting in resource procurement.
•Own contract and budget for direct contracts, and create/coordinate the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and related activities.
•Identify and manage risks related to construction execution and health, safety, environment (HES), coordinating actions with GC and maintaining the risk register.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
•Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing complex, large-scale construction projects, with at least 8 years specifically in data center construction.
•Proven track record of delivering data center projects on time and within budget while meeting quality and performance requirements.
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; thorough understanding of data center infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
•Spanish and English communication skills.
