Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product development and maintenance across the full lifecycle, from innovation to PLS, ensuring profitability via margin and price monitoring.
  • •Build and manage the product portfolio: position categories/products in the market, rentabilize product lines through cost tracking, and propose PLS.
  • •Analyze market trends and produce market reports based on data collection (Data Collection, Shopeo), and participate in influential industry associations.
  • •Provide cross-functional support to sales channels: product trainings, coordination meetings, technical/commercial information leadership, and key account accompaniment.
  • •Support the marketing plan: deliver promotional talks/activities, design launch and promotion campaigns, produce BRIEFs for designed documents, and review digital platform implementations (WEB, ESHOP).

Key Requirements

  • •Professional in the commercial area with experience in technical sales and strategic marketing.
  • •Desirable experience or training as Market Developer/Product Manager (or equivalent) in technical industries (construction, industrial, chemicals, or related).
  • •Advanced M.Office skills.
  • •University degree in Civil Engineering, construction, or related fields.
  • •Knowledge of SAP and ERP.
