  • •Explore consumer needs and use cases, translating insights into audio experience concepts, technical requirements, experiments, and evaluation plans.
  • •Define reusable audio-system architectures, interfaces, and integration approaches for applying emerging technologies across products and partner applications.
  • •Design, tune, and evaluate prototypes and reference implementations across personal, wearable, portable, embedded, and out-loud audio devices.
  • •Develop and evaluate signal-processing approaches that improve audio performance or enable new consumer experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of professional experience in audio system development, acoustical engineering, digital signal processing, or consumer audio.
  • •Strong foundation in digital signal processing, signals and systems, acoustics, electroacoustics, psychoacoustics, and transducer fundamentals.
  • •Demonstrated experience defining audio-system architectures and balancing requirements across acoustics, signal processing, transducers, electronics, software, and mechanical constraints.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, integrating, measuring, tuning, and troubleshooting high-performance audio systems.
