Delivery Manager – Financial Services

Lead end-to-end delivery for large technology programs serving strategic banking clients. Own delivery leadership across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams while driving predictable outcomes through governance, risk management, and execution discipline. Manage staffing and workforce forecasting, delivery financials (revenue, cost, margins), and fixed-price/outcome-based engagement scope and acceptance. Serve as the primary escalation point and partner with stakeholders on digital, cloud, data, AI, and banking modernization initiatives.
