Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs and portfolios within the Banking domain, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • •Lead staffing and workforce management including demand intake, resource planning, workforce forecasting, onboarding, utilization, and employee transitions.
  • •Manage delivery P&L and commercial accountability including revenue, cost, gross margin, profitability, forecasts, and revenue recognition.
  • •Deliver fixed-price and outcome-based engagements by defining scope, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and change request governance.
  • •Drive operational excellence through governance frameworks, executive reviews, delivery dashboards/KPIs, RAID management, escalations, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • •12–18+ years of experience in IT Services and Consulting with progressive delivery leadership responsibilities.
  • •Minimum 5 years managing large-scale Banking and Financial Services technology programs.
  • •Proven experience managing global delivery teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore locations.
  • •Experience delivering Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery programs and managing Fixed-Price, T&M, and Managed Services engagements.
