Job Summary

Lead and/or support R&D projects and maintain products for germ-protection categories. You’ll develop formulations, define specifications, and support manufacturing processes, including qualifying raw materials and suppliers. The role also covers managing TDS and change control data, ensuring safe, compliant documentation and data integrity, and maintaining R&D laboratories and equipment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new and existing products to market.

Key Responsibilities

•Support R&D projects and product launches, including formulation development, specifications, manufacturing process design, and raw material/supplier qualification.
•Ensure all documentation and tasks meet Reckitt operating model requirements with safe, compliant, high-quality, and timely execution.
•Maintain TPL status and promptly flag challenges, risks, or deviations.
•Conduct and oversee laboratory work for formulating and scale-up activities, including industrial trials and process validation.
•Maintain product development data/systems (e.g., TDS, change control, RM information) and ensure data integrity, while managing laboratory equipment and records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related; or a technician certificate/associate degree/diploma.
•Strong formulation knowledge and understanding of chemical interactions.
•Ability to conduct lab/pilot-scale experiments and chemical analysis.
•Good writing and speaking English, with good presentation skills.
•Proven project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
