Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and perform risk assessment to maintain production line health, including fab start-up and tool release.
  • •Develop, improve, and upgrade process conditions and technologies to enhance process capability and reduce production cost.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects for semiconductor WET processes.
  • •Set up process parameters across semiconductor equipment and evaluate/pilot new equipment and materials for production rollout.
  • •Analyze abnormalities and drive continuous process/equipment improvement to raise quality, yield, and capacity output (wafer per hour).
