HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Serve as a strategic HR business partner focused on employee relations at SpaceX. You will respond to employee inquiries and complaints, guide managers on performance and HR policies, and support workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership development. Partner with HR specialists to shape programs, counsel on policies and regulations, manage internal transfers and promotions, conduct exit interviews, and maintain confidential employee records while processing HR transactions in Workday.
