Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workplace operations across India (Noida HQ plus multi-site responsibility) to ensure safe, productive employee experiences.
  • •Oversee facilities and workplace services including housekeeping, pantry, transport, visitor management, wellness, and employee experience programs.
  • •Own food & beverage programs including cafeteria/pantry/beverage, catering partner management, hygiene/food safety, and employee satisfaction.
  • •Lead events, hospitality, and travel support (onsite/offsite events, VIP/reception, and corporate travel, relocations, and compliance) with vendor SLA governance.
  • •Drive engineering & maintenance and real estate strategy: MEP/HVAC/power/UPS/DG/BMS and datacenter support, preventive/predictive maintenance, lease/fit-out support, and AOP/CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 18 years’ experience leading real estate and facilities operations across multiple locations.
  • •Strong expertise in team leadership and day-to-day workplace operations, including F&B, hospitality, events, travel, vendor management, and financial governance.
  • •Proven ability to manage large teams, complex stakeholder environments, contracts, budgets, and service delivery organizations.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people-development skills.
