Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate AI enablement efforts for Micron’s enterprise infrastructure and security team within the EnableAI initiative.
  • •Lead agile technical delivery teams to unify and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization.
  • •Integrate automated security controls into Micron’s AI ecosystem, ensuring solutions are “secure by design.”
  • •Translate business challenges into actionable technical strategies and establish AI roadmaps, framework selection, and standardized reusable patterns.
  • •Cultivate and guide an AI engineering team for distributed, around-the-clock delivery, and serve as the EnableAI spokesperson with partners and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in software engineering or IT, including 10+ years in senior leadership managing AI/ML or digital transformation portfolios.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Deep understanding of modern AI stacks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, vector databases) and MLOps ecosystems.
  • •Familiarity with security automation tools for code scanning, vulnerability management, and data classification, plus governance frameworks such as “Governance as Code.”
  • •Proven ability to lead teams in regulated or security-conscious environments and influence C-suite stakeholders while empowering agile teams.
