Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to keep the plant operating continuously. Lead workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and monitor device performance. Review production schedules, estimate labor hours, interpret safety policies, and recommend improvements to production methods and equipment performance. Plan preventive maintenance, assign and monitor personnel, and order parts for routine and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate workers for setup, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery.
•Direct maintenance and repair work across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and observe devices to identify causes of trouble.
•Review production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for assignments.
•Plan routine and preventative maintenance schedules, assign/monitor personnel, and order parts for maintenance and special projects.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree or equivalent training/education, or 5+ years as a maintenance supervisor (or equivalent combination).
•Ability to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
