Lead production for Latin America concerts and tours, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact shows across diverse venues. Direct and mentor production teams and partners on multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring on-stage/backstage technical planning, safety compliance, timelines, and budget targets. Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and clients, maintain production documentation and debriefs, and proactively identify risks to protect show quality and client satisfaction.
