Research and Development Technician

Assemble and test prototype compressors for product development, applying engineering principles to test and validation to meet specification requirements and timelines. Work as part of the high-pressure engineering team, building prototypes and test equipment, machining or modifying components as needed, and setting up test programs. Record test data, produce technical analysis, evaluate engineering changes, and support the transition from prototype to production while coordinating on-site and third-party testing.
