Job Summary

Lead enterprise digital experience architecture for Adobe’s Japan customers, aligning customer business goals with scalable, integrated solutions across Custom Service and Integrated Services. Guide architecture discovery, define future-state solutions, recommend integration and data flows, and review/validate technical designs. Build project scope, estimates, resource allocation plans, and roadmaps with business, IT, partners, and executives—while partnering with global delivery teams to ensure quality. Investigate AEM and Experience Cloud features, including Agentic AI, to help develop new service models.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop end-to-end architectures across the Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio, including integrations with third-party solutions.
•Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and ensure delivery activities align with customer business goals.
•Create project scope definitions, delivery estimates, resource allocation plans, and project timelines.
•Develop roadmaps with business stakeholders, IT teams, partners, and executive leadership.
•Partner with global delivery teams and the partner network to advance projects and review technical deliverables for quality.

Key Requirements

•Consulting experience as an architect or principal consultant for large-scale enterprise digital marketing/digital experience ecosystems.
•Experience implementing and designing architectures across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solution areas (e.g., Analytics/CJA, Journey Optimizer/Campaign/Marketo Engage, Real-Time CDP/Audience Manager, AEM/App Builder, Commerce/Magento with AEM, Target/Recommendations, Experience Platform, Workfront).
•Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and align delivery team actions to documented business goals.
•Hands-on knowledge of enterprise platforms with emphasis on REST APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, and security.
•Business-level Japanese (required); English reading/writing for business documents is sufficient.
