  • •Lead assigned market readiness and commercialization programs for new products, enhancements, re-commercialization, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • •Partner with Product and Sales to translate product strategy, roadmap timing, target clients, and market opportunities into readiness plans.
  • •Coordinate across key partners to align activities, clarify responsibilities, and support timely execution for launches and initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain program plans (audiences, deliverables, owners, dependencies, timing) and adjust for complexity.
  • •Facilitate planning/status discussions, monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and provide program updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
