Job Summary

Lead and execute Peloton's global supplier and contract manufacturer quality strategy with primary leadership in Taiwan. Ensure external manufacturing meets regulatory and customer requirements, drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation, and build a high-performing regional quality team to support NPI, sustaining production, and supplier development.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the local supplier and contract manufacturer quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
•Establish quality governance, metrics, and performance management systems across suppliers and CMs.
•Drive risk-based supplier segmentation and oversight models.
•Serve as the executive quality representative for Taiwan-based manufacturing operations.
•Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
•12+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership roles, including supplier and/or contract manufacturer quality management.
•Experience leading quality operations within Taiwan and broader Asia supply chains.
•Demonstrated success managing global suppliers and complex manufacturing networks.
•Experience in regulated industries preferred.
