Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, proactively support the Project Manager/team, and provide timely input during requirement discussions.
  • •Track and monitor project activities, milestones, and business outcomes using RAG status; identify and flag potential risks early.
  • •Drive follow-ups across cross-functional teams to maintain momentum against requirements and approaching deadlines.
  • •Generate and present regular status reports and may prepare/maintain committee packs and other ad hoc project documentation artifacts.
  • •Adopt a business analyst mindset to review inputs from developers and other BAs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives, including capital reporting understanding.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven business analyst experience generating business requirements documents and coordinating projects with stakeholder management and project managers.
  • •Strong tracking and reporting skills using RAG status, including risk management and cross-team follow-ups across regions.
  • •Experience preparing committee packs, UAT planning, and delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • •Analytical mindset to challenge assumptions and ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives, with strong understanding of financial products and technological systems in investment banking.
  • •Hands-on data tooling proficiency, including Excel/SQL plus prior exposure to capital regulatory reporting (RWA, CVA, Basel programs) and financial asset classes; knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint is a plus.
