Design and implement complex IT infrastructure for clients as part of Professional Services, including detailed solution documentation (HLD/LLD/UAT/migration plans). Configure network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and perform advanced LAN/WAN troubleshooting, migrations, and go-lives. Provide technical leadership during delivery, manage escalations for high-severity technical issues, and collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, and Presales to improve performance and reliability. Use automation and Infrastructure as Code practices to support scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Create design documentation including HLD/LLD, UAT, and migration plans.
•Configure networking equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
•Provide technical leadership during delivery and support complex infrastructure migrations/commissioning.
•Handle escalations for relevant technical problems and perform advanced troubleshooting.
•Manage monitoring and continuous performance improvements for IT systems.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in network/security implementation.
•Hands-on expertise with Cisco networking (Catalyst 9K, Nexus 9K, SD-WAN Viptela, SDA) including routing (static, OSPF, BGP).
•Experience with Cisco ACI and network/security technologies (including NGFW and security policies).
•Ability to troubleshoot LAN (wired/wireless) and WAN and configure network/security equipment (e.g., Meraki and HPE Aruba).
•Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab) plus availability for on-call duty.
