AVP, Design Build Manager- Transportation & Water

Lead multi-disciplinary transportation and water design-build programs from concept through delivery, overseeing complex highway and transit projects across multiple locations. You’ll develop and manage program plans (timelines, milestones, resourcing, budget forecasts), coordinate cross-functional teams, and establish strong stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors, and executive leadership. Own risk management, compliance, contract negotiation, change management, program status reporting, and mentor junior program managers.
