Lead and enhance securities trading products and investment services within the Investments and Wealth Solutions business. •Lead and support the development and enhancement of securities trading products and investment services.

•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business assessments to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
•Coordinate product governance and business readiness for major market developments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in securities, investment products, wealth management, or financial services.
•Experience in securities product development, product management, business development, or project management.
•Strong understanding of the Hong Kong securities market, investment products, and regulatory environment.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
