Key Responsibilities

  • •Model gas-treating facilities to address design concerns, operational questions, capacity constraints, and new project development (CO2 and H2S treating, refrigeration units, JT units, and TEG dehydrators).
  • •Provide technical guidance to Project Management Group for process modeling, equipment design, and assessment during refurbishment.
  • •Support Operations for plant troubleshooting, amine analysis review, plant optimization, and development of maintenance and operating procedures.
  • •Provide technical input to Business Development for preliminary equipment sizing, new application modeling, and timely customer technical answers.
  • •Recognize and promote ideas that enable safer, more efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or advanced degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
  • •5+ years of demonstrated Oil and Gas industry experience (process engineering preferred).
  • •Proficiency using process simulation software such as ProMax for design and troubleshooting of gas-treating equipment.
  • •Experience evaluating and troubleshooting amine and dehy plants.
  • •Ability to communicate via technical/non-technical reports, email, and public speaking; strong verbal and written communication skills.
