Support execution of a local commercial team by coordinating CRM activities and managing CHEP’s portfolio of mid-tier customers. Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of a local commercial team to expand market penetration and manage CRM activities for mid-tier customers.
•Support Sales and Account Executive teams with presentations, offers, reports, and contract drafts.
•Coordinate new business opportunities by contacting prospects via email/phone, populating the sales pipeline, and clarifying equipment needs.
•Manage administrative account processes including credit checks, new account creation, contract preparation, and client database setup.
•Analyze customer and asset data to monitor metrics (asset usage, stock levels, discrepancies), prepare KPI reports, and support audit resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Recent university graduate (bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or related) or minimum 3rd year completed university.
•Min. 0-1 years office experience in an administrative role.
•Proactive, good team player for support.
•Proven track record in commercial negotiation, customer communications, and project management.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
