Job Summary

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving store targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience within adidas’ Customs St Performance Concept Store. Role model service and selling standards, represent adidas values and products, execute visual merchandising and shop floor replenishment, and help coordinate efficient inventory processing. Train and coach the team to strengthen service skills and build foundational/seasonal brand and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
•Role model adidas service and selling standards and lead/inspire the team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
•Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
•Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
•Coordinate inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process; share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
