Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities and support shift safety and production targets.
  • •Provide effective technical support, shift management and shift reporting, including work quality management.
  • •Monitor performance against the plan; lead trade supervisors to identify engineering and maintenance risks to delivering the mine plan.
  • •Maintain and monitor maintenance activities with short interval control (SIC), including issuing and reviewing work orders and shift reports.
  • •Respond to unplanned variance and breakdowns, conduct preliminary RCAs, audit workmanship, and drive continual process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid QLD Electrical License.
  • •Hold the supervisor qualifications (S1, S2, S3) & G2.
  • •Previous experience in a mining maintenance role (preferably Coal) or heavy industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading a team of professionals to deliver against set targets.
  • •Track record in driving continuous improvement and best practice through your department.
