Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end deployment from order receipt through final completion, maintaining comprehensive deployment plans using Airtable.
  • •Collaborate with Sales representatives to review incoming orders, validate accuracy, and recommend corrections prior to deployment.
  • •Validate radio code plugs for correct configuration and coordinate with internal technical teams to onboard smart applications.
  • •Serve as the primary technical liaison to identify the right internal resources and resolve customer roadblocks quickly.

Key Requirements
