Job Summary

Own the Europe supply chain strategy and execution for logistics, warehousing, and inventory standards. Lead ASCM-aligned best practices across European markets, optimize warehouse and network performance, and manage transportation and 3PL/vendor selection, including SLAs and bids. Establish SOPs and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally with global supply chain leadership, warehouses, procurement, and sales to improve margins and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure implementation of ASCM-aligned supply chain methods and compliance across European markets.
•Optimize warehouse performance by identifying inefficiencies across multiple sites and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement.
•Lead European supply chain network assessments and execute improvements across transportation flows, warehouse interactions, and 3PL activity.
•Select and diversify transportation partners and carriers; analyze shipping data, run bids, onboard final-mile partners, and manage SLAs and vendor re-qualification.
•Develop, optimize, and enforce logistics/warehousing/inventory SOPs and KPIs; support cross-functional leadership and provide Europe-related process changes and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Fluent written and spoken German and English, used regularly within the team.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
•Adequate experience in logistics or a related field.
•ASCM certifications (CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, CTSC) or similar; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.
•Min. 3 years leadership experience leading teams with multiple management layers in an international environment.
