Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • •5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •Willing to work 2nd shift, including weekend and off-shift support as needed based on business needs.
  • •Experience with aircraft production, ground operations and/or flight-line operations is preferred.
