Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and develop the group for electrical safety, approval/licensing and EMC.
  • •Create system safety analyses and ensure compliance with all relevant international standards (IEC, EN, UL, CE, EMC norms) and EU conformity declarations for all BU Laundry sites.
  • •Coordinate approval and testing processes in close collaboration with development, quality assurance and external test facilities.
  • •Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for Safety, Compliance and EMC specialists and ensure continuous development of the group to stay at the cutting edge.
  • •Be the point of contact for authorities, certification bodies and internal stakeholders.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
  • •Several years of experience in product approvals, electrical safety and EMI.
  • •Knowledge of international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills.
  • •Good command of English, written and spoken, with willingness to travel.
