Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests and present menus; inform guests of specials and menu changes.
  • •Take food and beverage orders via order pads or POS and enter guest special requirements.
  • •Serve food and beverages as per the course of order; provide assistance and respond to additional requests.
  • •Process transactions: obtain revenue, issue receipts, accept payments, and return change.
  • •Maintain dining standards by resetting tables, replenishing utensils/glasses, performing basic cleaning tasks, and assisting with stocking/restaurant support.
