Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical packaging knowledge across multidisciplinary teams to support optimal packaging design and the packaging strategic agenda.
  • •Lead packaging development projects and independently develop scenarios and recommendations to align stakeholders.
  • •Deliver technically NPD and VE supply-chain initiatives through R&D governance and best practices.
  • •Lead from a packaging perspective supply-chain projects involving new equipment, commissioning packaging formats in new filling lines, and CAPEX maintenance.
  • •Actively support and coach the packaging development team to strengthen capabilities and competences.

Key Requirements

  • •A completed packaging, engineering or science degree.
  • •8+ years of experience within packaging development in a complex/matrix organization.
  • •Independently lead large or complex packaging projects using deep understanding of packaging materials and formats.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • •Fluent in business English (written & verbal) with high ownership and decision-making ability.
