Lead the Waterworks Field Training function by delivering high-impact, measurable training and mentoring Field Trainers to elevate capability across regions. Build consultative partnerships with senior field leaders to identify performance gaps and align learning to business needs. Drive and support enterprise Academy programs, help shape training strategy with adult learning best practices, and ensure consistent rollout, adoption, and scalable learning solutions.
