Job Summary

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across all business units, ensuring threats are proactively managed. Maintain and strengthen the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), oversee RCSA execution, KRIs, and operational loss reporting, and perform root cause analysis for incidents. Partner with Internal Audit and Compliance, advise on new products and process changes, and deliver risk reporting to senior management and committees while supporting a risk-aware culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across all business units to ensure threats are proactively managed and mitigated.
•Maintain and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) for risk governance across the organization.
•Oversee execution of Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and operational loss reporting to ensure data integrity and risk visibility.
•Investigate operational incidents, perform root cause analysis, and track remediation to prevent recurrence.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and provide risk advisory for new product launches and process changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
•1–2 years of experience.
•Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management Frameworks (ORMF) and RCSA methodologies.
•Experience using Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and operational risk reporting dashboards.
•Understanding of internal controls and process risk mapping, with familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
