Key Responsibilities

  • •Build production-grade Solana programs in Rust (Anchor or Native).
  • •Contribute to advanced DeFi protocol development and on-chain mechanics.
  • •Work on core infrastructure and developer tooling such as indexers and custom RPCs.
  • •Develop on-chain applications and middleware including token launch frameworks and payment rails.
  • •Iterate quickly from 0→1 with real users and collaborate with ecosystem teams matched to your interests.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience building and shipping Solana programs.
  • •Strong familiarity with Solana’s runtime (SVM), SPL tokens, PDAs, and Anchor.
  • •Hands-on experience building or contributing to DeFi protocols.
  • •Understanding of state compression, account metering, and program optimization.
  • •Familiarity with Solana-native DeFi protocols such as OpenBook, Jupiter, MarginFi, Orca, or Meteora.
