Job Summary

Own and advance McDermott’s Saviynt Cloud IAM/IGA platform as a technical expert. Design, develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions that support employee onboarding/offboarding and regulatory needs. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to gather use cases, build workflows and integrations/connectors, troubleshoot production issues, run certification reviews, and ensure upgrades/patching and testing deliverables align with the IAM/IGA program.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical expert for McDermott’s Saviynt platform
•Develop within Saviynt to support business requirements
•Onboard applications and build/implement system integrations and connectors
•Create process and technical reference documentation and run testing against stakeholder requirements
•Manage upgrades, patching, and maintenance of IGA systems and certification reviews for regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
•5+ years of hands-on Saviynt administrator experience
•Knowledge of Saviynt IGA architecture with experience in employee and application onboarding/offboarding, workflows, SOD, certifications, and audit reporting
•Hands-on experience with OOTB Saviynt connectors, Custom JARs, and integration tools
•Familiarity with PowerShell scripts, JSON, and SQL, plus experience with enterprise directory solutions (e.g., Active Directory, MIM, Azure, HR sources)
