Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field and/or 3 years of related work experience.
  • •Intermediate/Financial Accounting 1 and 2 knowledge (preferred: formal credit training).
  • •Strong understanding of lending, including cash flow and collateral analysis and loan structuring.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable lending/compliance regulations (e.g., Regulation Z, Regulation B, Fair Housing Act, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/AML/CIP, and related acts).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
