Housekeeper/Caretaker

Care for laying hens and support daily barn operations by monitoring feed and water, checking air flow, and watching flock production. You’ll keep feeders and waterers in good condition, cull non-productive chickens, remove dead birds, clear egg blockages, and maintain equipment such as heaters and light bulbs. The role includes regular walking and hands-on cleanup across cages/systems and barns.
