Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in testing patient samples according to standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain updated understanding of lab methods and participate in training and deadlines.
  • •Follow GLP by keeping the workspace clean and organized; maintain equipment (e.g., calibration and expiration dates).
  • •Recognize, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment malfunctions and common processing errors per SOP; recognize and escalate protocol deviations.
  • •Maintain sufficient inventory of materials/supplies and participate in continuous improvement projects (TAG, 5S), while communicating with the team and other departments.
