Job Summary

Own the rollout and continuous improvement of Smart Services sales enablement for North America. Partner with Product Management and the Sales Center of Excellence to commercialize new and existing offerings, deliver virtual and in-person training, and provide customer support through presentations and product demonstrations. Use LEAN gap analysis and field feedback to refine best practices, develop training collateral, and help build a strong sales pipeline to launch and grow digitally enabled offerings.

•Commercialize new and existing Smart Services offerings for North America sales channels.
•Provide customer support for sales and fulfillment channels, including leadership presentations, demonstrations, and operations training.
•Use LEAN gap analysis to improve standard work and best practices based on field and customer needs.
•Partner with Product Management to develop and facilitate virtual and in-person field training and product demonstrations.
•Support Sales COE with sales strategy input, regional escalations, and monthly general audience communications while providing voice of customer to Product Management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
•5+ years of combined experience in customer success roles required.
•Experience managing and leading teams, directly and indirectly, is preferred.
•HVAC experience and knowledge of building systems operation, with extensive knowledge of field, service, and product preferred.
•Good knowledge of LEAN practices and ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; travel up to 40% required.
