Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Device Access Experience & Lifecycle.
  • •Own the administrator experience for fleets of devices with Okta Device Access across multiple platforms.
  • •Drive the Okta-joined administrator experience end-to-end, from enrollment and provisioning to support troubleshooting and device lifecycle management.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to define and document user stories and use-cases for product development.
  • •Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and translate product requirements into features and technical specifications for engineering.
