Job Summary

Support WPP Media agencies across the Andean and Central America region by reviewing legal documents, drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, and mitigating legal risk. Approve and manage contract signatures, filings, and contract-platform updates, provide legal comments on RFPs/bids, and oversee relationships with outside counsel while monitoring litigation. Support labor-related matters and internal/external audits, reporting to the Legal Director LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for clients and suppliers while ensuring compliance with WPP policies.
•Approve contracts for signature and manage the signing, filing, and serving process to maintain proper archives.
•Review RFPs and bids, ask questions, and provide legal comments, including requesting and reviewing policy terms.
•Keep the contract platform up to date and report activities to regional and global levels.
•Manage outside counsel relationships, monitor litigation, and provide legal support for labor issues and internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

•Legal professional with a specialization or master’s degree in contract law, commercial law, or a related field.
•5 years of experience in Contract and Corporate Law.
•Advanced proficiency in English.
•Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
•Proficiency in managing relationships with clients, vendors, and outside attorneys.
