Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science (or related) with 12+ years of experience, or MS with 10+ years of related experience.
  • •Hands-on experience in an AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (ADLC), leveraging AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and spec-driven methodologies.
  • •Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications with foundational LLM/SLM models and autonomous multi-agent architectures.
  • •Expertise in context engineering, including building RAG and MCP architectures for retrieval accuracy and model grounding.
  • •Backend proficiency with Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, plus experience with message queueing/event streaming, and databases (RDBMS/NoSQL; OpenSearch and PostgreSQL, ClickHouse preferred).
