Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve HBM probe/back-end testing coverage and quality, owning the probe test flow and signing off probe test program releases.
  • •Use in-house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
  • •Drive new generation product startup and yield improvement, supporting design verification and circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  • •Develop functional and design validation test algorithms and programs for validating HBM features and commands using high-speed tester hardware.
  • •Identify low-yield causes via systematic and statistical analysis, performing electrical/physical failure analysis and partnering with engineering groups to resolve process/defects.
