Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement water category strategy for all Water Programs across Pilbara Projects.
  • •Manage Master Construction Agreements with key partners and drive Horizon 2 of the water category strategy.
  • •Provide construction-focused contract management, including commercial dispute resolution and complex contractual claims.
  • •Maximise commercial value through leading contract management practices while mitigating commercial risks.
  • •Build long-term supplier relationships and coach specialists on end-to-end procurement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Business and/or Commercial Law (or related discipline).
  • •6+ years delivering large, complex projects in the Pilbara with experience across the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • •Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet critical milestones autonomously.
  • •Prior leadership (direct or indirect) and coaching experience; prior water infrastructure experience is advantageous.
